DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

*  Order before 12 pm for same day delivery except weekends

*  Orders received after 12pm may be delivered the following day

*  Orders received on a Friday after 12pm, anytime on a Saturday/Sunday or Public Holiday will not be delivered until the afternoon of the first working day following e.g. but not restricted to Monday afternoon

*  Delivery is usually after 4pm weekdays so that flowers are not left out in the sun or heat all day and when people are not far from home if working

*  If you require a certain day or timed delivery please contact the shop and depending on staffing we may be able to deliver during the day but no guarantees

* If delivery is to a business please advise name of business and full address e.g. what level/floor/suite and name of recipient

* Delivery to a business will require business hours and will be after 2pm

* Gift Hamper items may be substituted for similar if not in stock at the time of order

* Gift Hampers are available for delivery in the Kiama area only

DELIVERY IS UNAVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

$10 DELIVERY applies to Kiama Township including Kiama Heights, Cedar Ridge, Cedar Grove and Central Kiama only

If you do not select the correct delivery fee you will be contacted via email or phone for payment

 

Your order will not be sent until delivery is paid and if you can not be contacted the difference will be deducted from/added to your order

If you order incorrectly (i.e. change your mind or order out of our delivery area) you will be charged a refund processing fee, which is a percentage of your total original order

​

You will be notified of a refund via email

​

If no one is at home and there is no safe place to leave delivery then they will be taken to the shop for collection by the recipient at a pre-arranged time

​

The Wildflower Studio takes no responsibility for deliveries to an incorrect address supplied by the person ordering the flowers
